Manufacturing plant- FLASHINGS



    Flashings to 8.2 m in length according to individual workshop drawings.

   We realize typical flashings and more complex products based on customer's drawings (housing, gutter systems, light boxes, etc.) also including items that require steel and aluminum welding, soldering, riveting, and powder or spray coating.
We provide full implementation of the project, the agreed technical requirements and, if necessary, we make prototype and trial series before the implementation of the final product. We have our own truck fleet with a capacity of 3.5 tons and tractor trailers with capacity of 24 tons.

Excellent-quality raw material:


   In order to obtain high corrosion resistance, the core is coated by zinc. Cover of the amount of 275 g of zinc per 1 m² of steel meets the requirements of the standards.
In places of cutting, punching, or scratches zinc, in the presence of moisture, affects on the steel, forming as a result of the electrochemical reaction a layer which protects against corrosion. Additional protection is the anti-corrosion coatings which are successively applied in layers. Last, the organic layer covering the surface of the sheet determines the aesthetics of produced roofing or facade, its durability and resistance to weather conditions. Depending on the customer's request, our products can be delivered in several versions of organic covering such as polyester, PVDF. We also propose a special steel shell Colorcoat HPS 200 and Colorcoat Prisma with 25 year warranty Confidex.
